Assist a military convoy

At random times during the game, there will be a military escort you need to assist. Your officers will need to block traffic, or pull them to the side. You will also need to protect the convoy from random timing abushes by unknown suspects, it will either: end peacefully and the suspects give up, or it will and up being shots fired.
