Winter in KTP ?!

What about an Winter Map / Season in KTP with maybe new callouts that it brings with it, like more chances of Gasoline theft or Theft from pipelines or stolen property, missing hiker/person or injured snowmobile driver which could end up in having a nice feeling to the game.
